Membership Information Let me introduce you to the Arlington Explorer Post 911, a fire and emergency services explorer post located at the fire headquarters and affiliated with the Arlington Emergency Management Agency. Explorer Post 911 is an organization of young men and women ages fourteen to twenty-one who are interested in serving their community and having fun while doing it. All members receive specialized training in areas not limited to CPR and Basic First Aid, First Responder, Defibrillation, Emergency Operations, Shelter Deployment, Search & Rescue, Communications and more by certified instructors to become effective responders to emergencies and disasters within the community. Click to view our presentation about Membership Information The Arlington Explorer Post 911 works in conjunction with the Arlington Emergency Management Agency and Auxiliary Fire Department. This all-volunteer organization assists in many community events and serve as first aid and security for the Boy Scouts of America. Our members and instructors are always available to teach first-aid and other courses to organizations including boy/girl scouts or other organizations. Explore all fields in the Emergency services!Arlington Explorer Post 911 in conjunction with the Arlington Emergency Management is a volunteer run department with over 25 active members. The Explorer's provide Medical Aid at all major boy scout events and the Minuteman Bike Path in the summer. Explorers also assist in the Auxiliary with lighting and changing air tanks at all major town fires. Explorer Post 911 gives you taste of what a career in the Emergency Services is like.
